Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appoinment if possible. 👉 If you are 10 minutes late without notify us in advance, we will cancel your appoinment and/or put you on the waiting-list. Repeated no-shows and cancellations will result in the loss of your booking privileges.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment), no-shows, or no-call/no-shows. We kindly ask that you notify us 24–48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule in order to avoid losing your deposit.
